On the behalf of the Winger’s I would like to thank everyone for coming. My father would have been surprised to see how many people came here to pay their respects. That was just like him… he always gave all of himself to everyone and never expect anything in return. My father was my mentor in life. He was my very best friend. He was the greatest man I have ever known, and will ever know. Knowing that this can be biased because I am his son, I know this to be true hearing from everyone that has ever had the honor to get to know him, has said so. He would be happy that he left this world the way his has. I can look back at the last couple months, and you could look into his eyes and see how proud he was of all of the people so close to him. It was a calming and loving look. A look of satisfaction. A look of fulfillment. I will miss my father, I will miss those eyes, I will miss his smile, I will miss his support, he will never be replaced in my heart. Let’s not disappoint him and dwell his passing too long. Let him live through you and the other’s so close to him.
